Meat processing is done at Hemlock Ridge in New Sharon and is paid separately. We raise our pigs on open pasture here on our farm and transport to Hemlock Ridge in late September.
Customers may choose different butcher but will be responsible for transporting their pig to the facility of their choice.
We require a deposit of $500 per whole pig, or $250 per half when reserving the pig. The remaining balance will be determined and due once pigs are dressed and weighed at the butcher.
